In this episode, I share a few thoughts on my understanding of the new OpenNotes rules that apply to licensed practitioners. Please note that these are not meant to be a full and comprehensive guide, but rather reflections on some changes that I have implemented in my own practice based on the rules, and my interpretation of how they apply. Please consult a lawyer before making changes or decisions about how these rules apply to your own practice!
